Brewer's Delight Coffee Returns & Exchange Policy


Our Commitment:

At Brewer's Delight Coffee, we strive for perfection in every order. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our Returns & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.


  1. Errors on Brewer's Delight' Coffee's Part:

- If a mistake occurs due to an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item description or order processing error), we will take full responsibility. 

- We will promptly correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Please contact us to initiate the correction process at sales@brewersdelightcoffee.com.


  1. Errors from Our Roaster's End:

- In the rare event of an error from our coffee roaster, such as wrong grind or incorrect label, we ask you to inform us immediately.

- We will replace the incorrect order and cover all associated costs, including the coffee and shipping fees. We will also ensure the replacement order is expedited.


  1. External Issues (Shipping or Other):

- For issues related to shipping or external factors (like package theft, damage during shipping, or disputes about receipt despite tracking information),  Brewer's Delight Coffee will assess each situation individually.

- In these cases, we will work with you to find the best solution, balancing fairness and customer satisfaction. This may involve replacing the order at a shared cost between Brewer's Delight Coffee and the customer.


No Return of Coffee Products:

- Please note, we do not accept returns of coffee products due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products. 

- Instead of returning items, we will find an appropriate solution to any issue you face.


How to Report an Issue:

- To report an issue or initiate a replacement, please contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue.

- We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us via sales@brewersdelightcoffee.com with any issues.
